Riot Shields: Are they allowed?

I've been thinking about making my own riot shield for airsoft.

Now before I start, I need to know if riot shields are allowed down at the arena, or if there are any special rules for riot shields?

Also, I remember you guys having a riot shield at the Black Friday event, what happened to that?

Riot shields are only allowed when the game rules call for it. We still have ours. Just needs new cardboard.
Shields cannot be used during regular play or any Theme Night unless the story line calls for it.
